Hi, I’m Olivia, but you can call me Liv! As an authorised civil celebrant here in Sydney I’ve turned my lifelong love for storytelling into my dream career. My journey has been a bit of a whirlwind from performing performing in school bands, to ski instructing and a professional life in marketing. These days, my favourite adventure is helping couples like you navigate the best day of your lives.
I’m here to handle the boring paperwork so we can focus on the good stuff: crafting a heartfelt, unique, and tailored ceremony that feels exactly like you. Whether you’re dreaming of something formal and romantic or laid back and fun I’ll be your sidekick ensuring every moment feels warm and personal. What's included:
A virtual meeting to sign the notice (NOIM) at least 1 x month before the big day
A short, in-person meeting where you, your partner, and two witnesses (who must be over 18) will sign all the official documents.
Submission of all the official paperwork to Births, Deaths, and Marriages
The Whole Shebang

An initial virtual catch-up to talk about your dream ceremony, your style, and what makes you tick as a couple.
Up to 2 x in-depth virtual or in person sessions to sort out all the details, from your story to the legal requirements.
Unlimited contact and guidance, including help with those all-important vows.
Optional in person or online rehearsal so you feel confident and ready.
A heartfelt, detailed ceremony script that feels genuinely and uniquely yours.
Ceremony officiation with a top-notch PA system to ensure every word is heard.
Submission of all the official paperwork to Births, Deaths, and Marriages
